What to Expect
Initial Consultation:
During your initial consultation, Dr. Fouche will conduct a comprehensive evaluation, including hormone level testing, to develop a customized treatment plan. Monitoring and adjustments will be made as needed to ensure the best outcomes.
Follow Up Visits:
Follow-up visits will be done at 3 months, 6-9 months and at 12 months.
After year 1, follow-up visits are every 6 months.
Each scheduled follow-up visit must be preceded by a blood test.
Cost:
Initial consultation: $400 - this includes a 45-minute consultation, your blood work and your follow-up after the blood work (usually 2-4 weeks after your initial visit)
Follow-up visits: $275 - this includes your blood work and your follow-up, treatment adjustments as needed and refill of all your meds.
All visits in between scheduled visits are included in these fees - these include adverse effects of medications, confirming of dosage, general medication questions etc.

We use a private mobile lab service called Taplabs. You can download the app on your cellular device and register your account. The fee for this service is included in your consultation fees. ​Please note, this service is only for residents in Calgary and surrounding areas.
